Order Processing
Orders usually take about 1-3 weeks to complete prior to shipping. If you need your order soon or by a specific date, just let us know! We would love to help you the best we can! (Some rush orders may incur an additional fee).
Payment
Payment is accepted via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to checkout. You can pay with a credit or debit card as well.
Shipping
Shipping in the US depends on the item and is usually $5.95 for First Class Shipping and $12.95 for Priority shipping. Shipping is entirely dependent on the total weight of the order. Our hangers ship USPS First Class which takes 2-4 days to arrive. International shipping starts at $22 USD but varies depending on region.
Expedited orders may have an additional fee. Please keep holidays and non-shipping days in mind. International Orders may take additional time.
Twisted Hangers is not responsible for packages that are unclaimed upon delivery and are returned to sender. If a package is returned to us, you will have to pay the shipping charges to have the package re-delivered.
Returns
Due to the fact that each and every item is custom, there will be no refunds unless it is a mistake made by Twisted Hangers. We will do what we can to fix the problem immediately.
